Order Acceptance Policy
Prior to placing any order you must obtain pre-approval of credit limits from our credit department by submitting a duly completed credit application form. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HARDCORE.COM.AU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. HARDCORE.COM.AU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Liability
HARDCORE.COM.AU is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by HARDCORE.COM.AU are estimates only. HARDCORE.COM.AU will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. HARDCORE.COM.AU can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Retention of title to the goods
HARDCORE reserves the following rights in relation to the goods until all accounts and/or monies owed by the customer to it (whether for the goods or otherwise) are fully paid:
1) Legal ownership of the goods;
2) To enter your premises (or the premises of any associated company or agent where the goods are located) without liability for trespass or any resulting damage and to re-take possession of the goods, and
3) To keep or resell any goods pursuant to 2) above.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing all invoices shall be payable within 30 days from the date of invoice or as may be otherwise be set out on any invoice or statement of account issued by HARDCORE. In the event that the payment is not made as agreed, HARDCORE may at its option withhold further deliveries or cancel any outstanding orders without notice to you and without prejudice to any other action or remedy which HARDCORE has or might otherwise have had, and all money owing and outstanding to HARDCORE on any account whatsoever and irrespective of whether the due date on any statement of account has occurred or passed shall become immediately due and payable (including and administration and freight fee payable as specified below)
You acknowledge and agree that if the you do not pay the invoiced price of the goods in full within 30 days of the invoice or you breach any other trading term (including, but not limited to any term in the credit application form) you must in addition to the invoiced price of goods, pay to HARDCORE an administration and freight fee equal in value to 2.5% of the invoiced price of the goods or $ 15 whichever is greater. HARDCORE may withdraw your approved credit limit at any time without prior notice.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
Change of ownership
You will advise HARDCORE in writing of any changes in respect of ownership and address at all times.
Terms and conditions
You shall abide by HARDCORE’s conditions of sale as maybe advised to you from time to time.
Order cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, HARDCORE.COM.AU can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, HARDCORE.COM.AU reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HARDCORE.COM.AU shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
